What makes a Tesni Home ‘Eco’?
All our homes have an EPC Energy rating of ‘A’ which is the highest level achievable. We do this in many ways, all our homes are highly Insulated to a level far in excess of the current building regulations, they have Solar Panels on the roof to generate free clean energy, they have energy efficient heat recovery ventilation systems (MVHR) and all our homes have Electric Vehicle charging points. We also do our best to reduce the need for lighting by maximising the amount of natural light coming in to the homes with large feature windows. We always try to incorporate natural materials in to our developments and where feasible we try to use recycled materials for example in our road construction where Recycled Plastic is used.
